We’re excited to announce that SideStroem Water Technologies has started testing our nano-selective forward osmosis (NSFO) technology with Goldfinch Engineering Systems Private Limited, a leading provider of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions for industrial wastewater treatment in India.
India’s industries face growing challenges in managing water resources sustainably and cost-effectively. That’s where innovation comes in — and why this partnership makes so much sense.
“We see a strong potential for SideStroem’s forward osmosis technology to improve the efficiency and economics of ZLD projects,” says Mr. Santosh Bhide, Director of Goldfinch Engineering. “We are eager to test and explore how this can help our customers reduce energy use and operating costs.”
SideStroem’s nano selective forward osmosis membranes are designed to selectively remove water and sodium chloride while concentrating wastewater, helping reduce the load on energy-intensive evaporation systems.
“Goldfinch is an ideal partner for us in India — they really understand the practical challenges of industrial wastewater treatment and have deep expertise in designing and delivering full-scale ZLD systems,” says Mark Perry, Co-founder of SideStroem Water Technologies. “We’re looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”
Stay tuned — we’ll share more updates as the testing progresses!
